Lots of people have been queueing up the past few weeks buying Christmas presents, but on Wednesday afternoon in Geneva, Mike Bindgen of North Aurora and scores of others were lining up to pay their taxes early.
"I've been thinking about ... paying my property taxes for the last couple of weeks...
